Informatica Cloud Winter ’12 introduces new Contact Validation capabilities designed to extend cloud integration use cases to data quality as a service. Available in January 2012, the new release introduces:
Contact Validation Service: Bringing Informatica Data Quality technology to the cloud, the wizard-driven service validates and corrects postal addresses, verifies email addresses and checks phone numbers against the National Do Not Call Registry in the United States.
Usage-based Contact Validation: The new contact validation service will be available as an add-on to Informatica Cloud editions and as a transaction-based pay-as-you go service via Informatica Cloud Express.

Validate and correct postal addresses from over 240 countries
Enrich addresses with geocode data
Verify email addresses
Check if phone numbers are in the National Do-Not-Call registry in the US
