- End-user rebate programs driven through OEM channel were complex and time-consuming to manage
- Data required to reconcile these rebates exists in several different systems

- Migrate Product Master, Model Part Numbers, Pricing, OEM and End-User Customer from Oracle based custom apps to Salesforce
- Push reconciled data to Business Objects based data warehouse for margin analysis
