REDWOOD CITY, Calif., October 23, 2012 – Informatica Corporation (Nasdaq:INFA), the world’s number one independent leader in data integration software, today announced that it has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the leaders quadrant in the 2012 Magic Quadrant for Master Data Management (MDM) of Customer Data Solutions report, published October 18, 2012.

There are no other discrete Magic Quadrants for other master data domains, due to the relatively low level of discrete market interest to govern those data domains in comparison to customer and product data.”
